Notice the slight "ice and noise" on all sounds... it really touches me. Everything floats between your ears... like tiny snowflakes that melt on your skin. The sounds get their space and room to develop. Just a great release.

have yet to translate the song titles so the artist's intentions are somewhat of a mystery to me, but the wavering surface noise creates the theme of a dialogue between music & technology before becoming invisible to my ears. this conjures memories of listening to music as a child (long before the sterility of digital media), when i rarely took notice of the hiss & pops of records, 8-tracks, tapes, & am radio because they were a normal, necessary aspect of recorded sound. nice to be back again.

Lots of emotional depth and impactful mood shifts somewhere between melancholic and hopeful within structures that are super cohesive and clear. A great follow up to 'Sanctuary', which feels connected to its themes, while also expanding on its foundation in interesting ways!
